After You Land the Job
Do you need assistance getting started? We can help temporarily or long-term working with your in-house or outside engineering and drafting personnel to prepare shop drawings and product submittals.
A thankless task but timely and accurate product and shop drawing submittals are necessary to avoid delays and conflicts with your General Contractor and other Trades.
Most large General Contractors require their Subs to use Contractor Portals to manage project documents. We have worked with most of the market leaders providing these services and are comfortable with them all.
Whether through a portal or traditional means we can help navigate the submittal and approval process that is required before it is customary or safe for you to order materials for your project.

The days of paper purchase orders are not yet a thing of the past, but are quickly getting there.
Most all of the major manufacturers and suppliers in the glass and glazing market offer online quoting and ordering to make it more convenient for repeat customers who know exactly what they want. An added benefit is that purchasing online usually offers a discount to the price you would normally pay.
We are familiar with online platforms for most of the larger vendors in the commercial glass and glazing industry and can save you time and money with your purchasing requirements.
Project Management & Coordination
Project Management covers a lot of territory. Your project's scope, scale and time constraints dictate the most demanding priorities for managing a Glazing Contractor's project.
We can help you "manage and coordinate" but cannot control unforeseen events or actions that adversely impact your contract obligations tied to the agreed to project schedule.
If asked to join your Project Management Team, we will help you identify variations from your originally agreed to plans and specification each time you receive updated plans or specifications.
Additionally, we will help you identify unforeseen field conditions that warrant contract change orders requiring additional cost or time to remedy.
Expect the unexpected but be proactive and plan to get paid for it.
Close-out Documentation
Before your final payment will be released you must make sure that all as-built drawings, maintenance manuals, product warranties and lien releases are submitted. We can help with your in-house or outside personnel to assure these tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Another plus for using Contractor Portals for submitting these documents. They are stored and recorded each time an item is uploaded to their system. You'll never need to "resend them again".
